Your Role as a Customer Success Manager

You will play a vital part in our customers' success journey, ensuring they achieve maximum ROI from our Treeline and SurfaceScout Monitoring solutions. Your expertise will span the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion, focusing on engagement, retention, and long-term growth.

Your Key Strengths:

  • Proven ability to manage large enterprise accounts and handle multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience in managing the full customer journey, including discovery, value mapping, and realization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive work style and ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • Able to drive your own projects and ideas, working in an evolving startup environment.

  • Domain expertise in GIS, Remote Sensing, and geospatial is highly valued.
