Technical Leadership Role

The position of Field Support Team Lead plays a pivotal part in the overall EUC/Deskside Support Team strategy. This role involves overseeing a team of highly skilled level 2/3 Desktop Support/EUC Engineers who deliver deskside support to various users across multiple states.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide hands-on guidance while empowering team members as change agents in modernizing the technical ecosystem.
  • Bridge between Customers and Technical Teams: Oversee day-to-day operations of the EUC/Lev 2 Support Desk, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal customers.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality support services are delivered, handling all level 1 queries and managing escalation effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Desktop Support Engineers, providing guidance and support for efficient delivery of technical support services.
  • Talent Development: Motivate and promote team happiness through ongoing professional development and training, mentor and coach Field Engineers, identifying training needs and providing learning paths.
Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in EUC/Desktop Support leadership is required.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle time-sensitive requests, positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work independently.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A sound understanding of service management/ticketing tools, driver's license, and willingness to travel across the metro area to Clinics.
