
Administrative Support Coordinator

Administrative Support Staff are required to provide effective administrative assistance to the Work Health and Safety and Recovery Units.
This role involves supporting various programs, processing tasks, and serving as a point of contact for WHS and Recovery Services enquiries.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-volume environments, possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office packages and human resources information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Work Health and Safety and Recovery Units
- Support various programs and initiatives
- Process tasks and data entry
- Be a point of contact for WHS and Recovery Services enquiries
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience performing a wide range of administrative tasks in fast-paced work environments
- High-level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages and human resources information systems
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Commitment to quality customer service
