We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and maintaining office records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to teams, including document preparation, data entry, and maintaining office records.
- Document Management: Scan and upload documents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Office Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. Ensure the efficient use of office resources and maintain a well-organized and tidy workspace.
- Facilities Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management. Liaise with vendors for office maintenance and supplies procurement.
- Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Travel Arrangements: Assist in making travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Requirements:
- Strong Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Show a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Education and Experience:
- 1-2 Years of Experience: Have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- High School Diploma: Hold a high school diploma; additional certifications or relevant college courses are a plus.
- Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license.
This is a contract position with a term of 3 months, possibly extended or full-time. The successful candidate must be able to commute to Wollongong, NSW, and hold a valid work authorization for Australia.
