We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Fitness First Sales Team Leader. This role involves leading a team of Member Support Consultants (MSC) to deliver exceptional service to our members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing the daily workflow of the MSC team to ensure the club reaches monthly sales targets.
  2. Achieving individual monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to the success of the team.
  3. Creating a structure to ensure that the MSC team achieves their daily minimum performance criteria.
  4. Assisting with the delivery of sales training to develop the MSC team.
  5. Achieving member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basis.
  6. Ensuring that enquiries are responded to within 24 hours.
  7. Supporting the Club and Regional Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth.

About You:

  • Demonstrated proven sales and customer service experience with a clear ability to hit KPIs.
  • An understanding of the cycle of selling and various sales techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Previous experience of managing the customer journey to achieve successful customer outcomes.
  • Previous experience of managing and mentoring a team.
  • Ability to set and motivate others towards a goal.
  • Experience using business computer systems.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
