We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Fitness First Sales Team Leader. This role involves leading a team of Member Support Consultants (MSC) to deliver exceptional service to our members.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the daily workflow of the MSC team to ensure the club reaches monthly sales targets.
- Achieving individual monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to the success of the team.
- Creating a structure to ensure that the MSC team achieves their daily minimum performance criteria.
- Assisting with the delivery of sales training to develop the MSC team.
- Achieving member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basis.
- Ensuring that enquiries are responded to within 24 hours.
- Supporting the Club and Regional Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth.
About You:
- Demonstrated proven sales and customer service experience with a clear ability to hit KPIs.
- An understanding of the cycle of selling and various sales techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling.
- Previous experience of managing the customer journey to achieve successful customer outcomes.
- Previous experience of managing and mentoring a team.
- Ability to set and motivate others towards a goal.
- Experience using business computer systems.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
