Customer Journey Specialist

Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Specialist to join our Engagement Marketing Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic initiatives to support our business and commercial partners. You will also assist in building and managing CRM content using Braze, including email campaigns, push notifications, and app notifications. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and sales through owned channels. About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in CRM/Loyalty or managing data-driven communications. You should have a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. A basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies is essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also required. If you are eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
