The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  3. Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that enhance the customer journey.
  4. Driving Agile practices and facilitating collaboration between teams.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 8+ years of experience in data warehousing, data analytics, and customer experience solutions within the Financial Services/Banking sector.
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing or stakeholder management role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
