At our leading retail company, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service experience across all touchpoints, ensuring seamless operations and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower their team members to achieve outstanding results. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Oversee and manage a small team of customer-facing staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a management capacity.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
