Customer Service Assistant Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a management capacity.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
