Education Professional

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Education Professional to join our team. As a key member of our international student support services, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through their educational journey in Australia.

The primary objective of this position is to provide expert guidance on education options in Australian universities and colleges. This involves understanding each student's profile and desired course, as well as assisting them in making informed decisions about university/college programs.

To achieve this, the successful candidate will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Effective teamwork and ownership of tasks are also essential for success in this position.

Key Areas of Expertise:

  • Education Institutions and Entry Requirements: Extensive knowledge of entry requirements, including English, academic, and migration-related courses and providers.
  • International Education and Migration Regulations: Up-to-date knowledge of international education and migration regulations.
  • Social Media and CRM Systems: Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and CRM systems.

  • Passion for working with international students.
  • Solid understanding of international education and migration regulations.
  • Proficiency in using social media and CRM systems.
