Our team is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join us as an Enquiry Management Officer. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and working collaboratively in a globally inclusive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to enquiries from students, agents, and external partners, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of campus life and student support services, and conducting campus tours for prospective students and key stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent organisational and time management skills, effective teamwork and collaboration skills, and highly developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable skills include conversational fluency in one or more languages other than English, experience working in a tertiary education environment, particularly within international student services, and experience with Customer Service Management (CRM) tools.

As a permanent member of our team, you will be required to have permanent work rights in Australia.

Global Curtin has responsibility for University-wide leadership, planning, support and coordination of Curtin's international activities, including the development of alliances with universities overseas, student recruitment and admissions, student sponsors, alternative pathways for non-qualified applicants, policy formulation, and monitoring and quality assurance of transnational education activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to enquiries from students, agents, and external partners
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of campus life and student support services
  • Conduct campus tours for prospective students and key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives
