As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading projects from development to client handover, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget. Your expertise in electrical contracting and construction processes will be instrumental in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project development, sales handover, and client handover
  • Responsible for project construction, commissioning, including day-to-day project management
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Review project documents and information provided by clients/sub-contractors throughout the design process
  • Manage and supervise subcontractors' work and scope
  • Prepare progress reports both internally and for clients
Requirements:
  • Must have an electrically biased background with a strong understanding of Australian electrical services and installation methods, including cable and equipment sizing
  • Solid understanding of electrical contracting and construction processes
  • Demonstratable ability to engage with clients effectively, presenting design proposals and charging solutions
  • Fully proficient in measuring and interpreting electrical drawings
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering infrastructure construction projects
  • Demonstrable site working/supervisory experience
