Procurement and Facilities Specialist Role

Launch Housing is seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that support the organisation's goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Managing end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and supplier selection.
  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with suppliers and service providers.
  • Monitoring contract performance, compliance, and risk to ensure value for money and service quality.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and service providers.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**
  • Proven experience in procurement and contracting, preferably in a facilities management or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and external partners.
  • Ability to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
