Job Overview
  1. Transition existing waste suppliers and establish partnerships with new local providers.
  2. Implement procurement category management strategies for facilities management services.
  3. Nurture supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
  4. Oversee the procurement process, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  5. Manage and monitor supplier performance and contract adherence.
  6. Lead cross-functional teams to enhance procurement processes and deliver value.
  7. Prepare and present reports on procurement and supply chain performance metrics.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and shifts affecting the healthcare sector.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Possess qualifications in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Hold experience in a similar role, with expertise in onboarding new suppliers.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of procurement strategies and supply chain management principles.
  • Exhibit excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Display strong analytical abilities and financial acumen.
  • Showcase excellent communication and presentation skills.
