At OSHClub, we are committed to providing high-quality out-of-school hours care services that cater to the diverse needs of children and families.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ambitious Early Years Program Leader to join our team in this exciting role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering 38 hours per week, including 8 non-contact administration hours. You will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours of Monday – Friday, 6:45am – 8:45am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:30pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program).

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

  • Foster healthy relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents
  • Develop and facilitate engaging child-centered programs full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft
  • Lead a team of educators onsite, including roster management
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service, including compliance and administration
