About the Opportunity
">We are seeking a passionate Assistant Coordinator to join our team at Sherwood Ridge OSHClub. As an Assistant Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the service, leading a team of Educators, and developing engaging programs for our primary-age children.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing the service's operating hours, including split shifts on Monday – Friday from 6:45am – 8:45am and 3:00pm – 6:00pm.
- Develop and facilitate child-centered programs that cater to the interests of our children, including STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft activities.
- Foster healthy relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents by promoting open communication and collaborative partnerships.
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management, training, and development opportunities.
- Contribute to the overall success of the service by assisting with compliance, administration, and strategic planning initiatives.

About You

- A valid Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Availability for split shifts on Monday to Friday, as well as flexibility to work additional hours during school holidays.
- The ability to pass a National Police Check (we will cover the cost).

Estimated Salary Range
$65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
