Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead our well-resourced Care Team at Moran Kellyville home.

This role presents a unique opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious individual to make a significant impact in the aged care sector.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical and personal care, as well as lifestyle services for our residents.

You will work closely with our experienced Care Leadership Team to achieve quality outcomes and contribute to a culture of customer service delivery that supports resident choice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and provide clinical direction to the care team
  • Develop a capable Care Team able to meet resident needs
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families
  • Promote a culture of customer service delivery that supports resident choice
  • Contribute to achievement of quality outcomes
  • Support clinical and organisational governance
  • Lead various programs and specialized service delivery
  • Oversight of admissions and assessments
  • 2IC to General Manager

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A current unrestricted Registered Nurse Registration as approved by the Australian Nurses and Midwifery Board with a minimum 3 years' post graduate aged care experience.
  • Experience in the supervision and leadership of employees with demonstrated ability to influence others and work together to deliver safe and quality care and services
  • Well-developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to relate and converse with residents, families, and other employees
  • Ability to read and write clear and precise English relevant to this role,
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Current Police Check.
  • Current vaccination certificates including influenza and COVID-19
  • Valid & Appropriate Working Rights

Salary and Benefits
