Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Leader to join our team at Moran Kellyville home.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious professional who is ready to make a significant impact in the aged care sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and provide clinical direction to the care team
  • Develop a capable Care Team able to meet resident needs
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families
  • Promote a culture of customer service delivery that supports resident choice
  • Contribute to achievement of quality outcomes
  • Support clinical and organisational governance
  • Lead various programs and specialized service delivery
  • Oversight of admissions and assessments
  • Second-in-Command to General Manager
Requirements
  • Current unrestricted Registered Nurse Registration as approved by the Australian Nurses and Midwifery Board with a minimum 3 years' post graduate aged care experience.
  • Experience in the supervision and leadership of employees with demonstrated ability to influence others and work together to deliver safe and quality care and services
  • Well-developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to relate and converse with residents, families, and other employees
  • Ability to read and write clear and precise English relevant to this role,
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Current Police Check.
  • Current vaccination certificates including influenza and COVID-19
  • Valid & Appropriate Working Rights

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
