Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our kitchen team at Goodstart Kellyville Ridge. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals for our children, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

This is a part-time position, working 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 2 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare healthy meals for children, taking into account dietary requirements and allergies
  • Maintain accurate records of food preparation, storage, and disposal
  • Order food supplies in consultation with the Centre Director
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and maintained regularly
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check
