Job Overview

As a key member of the Security Engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of UNIX systems. This includes overseeing operational tools that support security initiatives, collaborating with business sponsors and security engineers to drive success, and contributing to various security projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive security solutions that meet business needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of secure software and infrastructure.
  • Monitor and report on security-related issues to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • A degree in Information Science or related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in security engineering or related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in UNIX OS and scripting languages such as PERL and Python is required.
