Roster Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and meet the care requirements of residents.
- Handle requests for shift changes, leave, or time off and find suitable replacements when necessary to maintain staffing levels.
- Maintain effective communication with staff members to inform them of their schedules, shift changes and any updates or important information related to their work.
- Collaborate with management to align staffing needs with organizational objectives.
- Ability to manage rostering and team member allocations.
- Experience using employee scheduling software such as Humanforce or Time Target.
- Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.
- Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
- Friendly and effective communication abilities.
