Job Overview

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive excellence in a fast-paced environment. Your key areas of responsibility include leading a team through mentorship and support, ensuring operational aspects of company policies are adhered to, maintaining customer service levels, daily planning, allocation and staff rosters, driving initiatives to maintain and improve WH&S program, and working closely with Logistics team to ensure high standard of customer service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team through mentorship and support
  • Ensure all operational aspects of company policies are adhered to
  • Maintain customer service levels to guarantee delivery requirements are achieved
  • Daily planning, allocation and staff rosters
  • Drive initiatives to maintain and improve WH&S program
  • Work closely with Logistics team to ensure high standard of customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven success in leading teams
  • Intermediate Excel skills as you will be required to prepare reports
  • Creative thinking and exceptional problem-solving capacity
  • Supervision of 10 team members on the PM shift
