About the Role:

Mader have a new exciting opportunity for an experienced blue collar, high volume Recruitment Specialist to join our Goldfields Ancillary Team.

This role will be responsible for the end-to-end resourcing, shortlisting and on-boarding of skilled Mechanical Trades.

This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM at our Perth Head Office near the Perth Domestic Airport with free onsite parking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement new recruitment initiatives
  • Advertise on various platforms ( ie. Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn and company website)
  • Talent search passive candidates through various networks
  • Liaising and supporting hiring managers through selection process
  • Conducting face-to-face and video interviews
  • Pro-active candidate sourcing through various platforms – referrals, talent search, social media, LinkedIn etc.
  • Prepare and manage employment offers & on-boarding process
  • Ad hoc administration and reporting tasks as required

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous high volume, blue collar recruitment experience
  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Prior experience using PageUp is highly advantageous
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Valid C class driver license
