An exciting opportunity exists to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Non-Government Service Coordinator within Northern Mental Health.
The Non-Government Service Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of quality NGO services for consumers of the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network.
The role involves facilitating the identification and referral of consumers in acute/sub-acute settings into appropriate non-government psychosocial programs and identifying and referring consumers into other programs where necessary.
Working in conjunction with other health professionals, the successful candidate will optimise patient functional and health outcomes in this specialty area.
As a highly skilled and competent clinician, the Non-Government Service Coordinator will deliver quality services and provide clinical leadership across Mental Health Services, providing support and supervision to less experienced staff.
