Transforming Risk Management Practices

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the integration of financial and operational risk systems. This includes working closely with our Report Lead to identify and assess all financial and operational risk systems in use across the organization, including international offices.

You will be responsible for documenting integration opportunities and supporting the coordination of risk system integrations, particularly the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform.

This role requires a strong understanding of risk management systems and frameworks, as well as experience with GRC platforms and/or enterprise risk tools.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective risk management practices
  • Providing expertise on risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Documenting and communicating risk-related information to relevant parties

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior/ Business Analyst in system integration or automation projects, ideally within risk or financial services
  • Strong understanding of risk management systems and frameworks

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills
