Executive Leadership Opportunity

This position presents a unique chance to drive business performance and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The role requires a seasoned executive leader with deep expertise in business performance, strategy, enterprise risk, data science, or related disciplines. A strong understanding of the public sector context is key, along with the ability to generate strategic insights from complex data and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a division overseeing Actuarial Services, Data Analytics, Strategic Value Realisation, Strategy, and Research
  • Hold formal accountability to the Board's Risk Committee as Chief Risk Officer
  • Drive performance and enable agile decision-making
  • Support the achievement of organisational goals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business performance, strategy, enterprise risk, data science, or related fields
  • Deep understanding of the public sector context
  • Able to generate strategic insights from complex data
  • Strong leadership skills, including team management and development
  • Post-graduate qualifications desirable
