**_What's The Scoop?_**

Reporting into the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating, developing and implementing systems to Identify, analyse and manage the Enterprise-wide risk within our risk appetite statement. You will:

- Build a robust Risk Management Framework
- Create an Enterprise Risk Register and management plans to support our strategic goals while sticking to our Risk Appetite Statement
- Ensure risk management principles are folded into every layer of our operations.
- Represent risk issues in forums across the business and keep the Executive Team and Finance Risk Committee in the loop.
- Champion a risk-aware culture that feels as natural as reaching for a second scoop of ice cream.
- Manage Business Continuity Planning, Crisis Management, and Whistleblower processes with confidence.
- Oversee our insurance program and broker relationships to ensure we're always covered.
- Regularly report to the Finance Risk Committee and Board, sharing insights like a true risk storyteller.

**_What You'll Bring:_**

We're looking for a risk expert who can mix methodical strategy with a dollop of creativity. Ideally, you'll have:

- A tertiary qualification in management, finance, OH&S, or a risk-based field.
- 5+ years' experience in an operational leadership role.
- 5+ years' experience in a risk management role, such as quality assurance, occupational health and safety, environment, finance or knowledge management.
- Sharp stakeholder engagement skills to communicate with everyone from directors to the shop floor.
- A solid understanding of risk management methodologies and financial risk principles.
- A strong ethical compass and a knack for navigating tricky situations.
