Enterprise Risk Manager

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced risk and resilience professional to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and responding to current and emerging risks that may impact our business.
This newly created, exciting, and broad role will work closely with our Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring the ongoing viability and sustainability of our operations through the identification and mitigation of potential risks.
A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of risk management principles, practices, and methodologies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
