We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Western Australia.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing technical services to customers, including performing and coordinating service activities relating to machines, spares and wears. This will involve providing hands-on mechanical service work in the field, promoting products and services to customers, and supervising and overseeing Field Service projects on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical liaison services between customers, product divisions and sales personnel.
  • Perform technical evaluations and analyse equipment and machine component failures.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on site.
  • Promote products and services to customers through demonstrations and presentations.
  • Supervise and oversee Field Service projects on customer sites.
Requirements:
  • A Mechanical trade qualification from college or technical school; or three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience must include at least two years from one or several of the following industries: mining, aggregate or contract crushing.
  • Experience with the maintenance of vibrating screens and crushers.
  • Basic computer literacy in MS Office - Word and Excel.
  • Must have current motor vehicle license and passport.
  • Must be able to pass random medical and drug tests.
  • Must be physically fit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within short notice.
