Senior Digital Experience Lead

This role involves overseeing the strategic development and management of key digital channels, encompassing web, iOS, and Android platforms. You will enhance Self-Service Terminal experiences and bridge digital and in-venue retail customer journeys.
- Utilize customer insights and data analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Ensure all digital product changes comply with regulatory, responsible gambling, and compliance standards.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in Product Management, managing digital products across web, apps, or SSTs, with end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
- A strong understanding of UX principles, customer experience, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with agile delivery teams and omni-channel retail solutions.
- Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
