Digital Experience Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to oversee our national team of social media specialists. This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple digital platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the engagement strategy for our brand across various digital channels.
- Coaching and mentoring a high-performing team of six social media agents, focusing on performance improvement and development.
- Ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with risk management, regulatory, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborating with marketing and external partners to uphold brand reputation and standards.
As a successful candidate, you will possess a strong background in customer service and social media engagement, as well as experience leading and coaching high-performing teams. You should be able to effectively collaborate across business units to uphold brand standards.
Technical expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat) and experience with chat-based service tools and review site monitoring systems are essential.
