Software Licensing Specialist with Vendor Expertise

This is a software licensing role that presents a unique opportunity to join Dicker Data, a leading company in Australia's IT industry. The position offers a highly competitive salary package, depending on experience, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of quotes, orders, and requests for vendors
  • Liaising between Sales, Distribution, Product Management, and Business Development Managers (BDMs)
  • Undertaking training with vendor subject matter experts to build individual vendor knowledge
  • Providing ongoing training and information to team members on order processing procedures
  • Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and maintaining accurate work instructions
  • Issuing return authorisations and resolving order issues in a timely manner
  • Maintaining relationships with licensing and annuity Reseller contacts
  • Acting as a point of contact for customer licensing and annuity enquiries and providing quotations

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Pro-active and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • High degree of enthusiasm, flexibility, and initiative
  • Attention to detail and understanding of Dicker Data's operational systems and processes
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Excel
  • Understanding of vendor processing requirements
