Job Title:

Night Team Lead


About the Role:

This is a key position in our Front Office overnight team, responsible for ensuring the night operation runs smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to drive team engagement, guest feedback, and problem resolution.

They will also play a crucial role in coaching and mentoring their team members, providing direction and coaching to achieve an exceptional guest experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in leading the Front Office overnight team to ensure seamless night operations.

Drive team engagement, guest feedback, and problem resolution.

Coach and mentor team members to achieve exceptional guest experiences.

Play a key role in ensuring safety and security of guests and completing the night audit function accurately and on time.


Requirements:
  • 1+ years experience in hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills between colleagues and with guests
  • Confident in problem handling
  • Problem solving, training, and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera
  • Experience working in a large hotel in a Front Office environment
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team, improve guest satisfaction, and maintain standards
  • A proactive approach to developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational, written, and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload
  • Flexible to work weekends and evenings across a 7-day roster
  • Valid VIC Drivers License
  • VIC RSA certification
  • First Aid certified
  • Meet the legal requirements to live and work in Australia
