Job Overview

BESIX Infra is on the lookout for a skilled Foreman to become an integral part of our team, focusing on the execution of a significant processing facility project.

The primary duties associated with this role encompass:

  • Strategically organizing daily and weekly schedules for on-site operations, ensuring subcontractors have timely access to their work areas for materials and equipment, while coordinating personnel and handling plant logistics.
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager to allocate essential site resources and confirming the availability of all necessary project resources as required.
  • Assessing the construction timeline in conjunction with the Project Manager, adjusting the sequence of activities as needed to meet the scheduled completion date.
  • Upholding the Company's policies and practices regarding safety, industrial relations, and quality assurance at the work site.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with contractual documents.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Relevant trade certification.
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering construction projects.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently, utilizing initiative, sound judgment, and effective decision-making skills.
  • Established ability to cultivate and lead a results-oriented team.
  • Proven experience in achieving outcomes in high-pressure environments.
