Position Overview:
We are looking for a qualified and seasoned Mobile Clinical Nurse Supervisor to oversee our Residential Aged Care facilities as needed.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our site Service Managers to uphold exceptional standards of clinical care in alignment with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Brightwater's Clinical Governance Framework. This position entails leading multiple diverse teams across various locations, providing clinical guidance and support to health professionals, and promoting comprehensive care that embodies Brightwater's values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture that reflects the Brightwater Spirit through authentic, caring, and progressive leadership.
- Deliver clinical oversight and support to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
- Engage in collaborative efforts within a multidisciplinary framework.
- Implement processes to effectively respond to clinical and quality audits, adhering to continuous improvement principles.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to build and maintain successful relationships.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience as a Clinical Nurse or in a similar role, with current registration from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and support team members.
- Comprehensive understanding of the aged care sector, including relevant standards and funding mechanisms.
- Experience with recruitment and staff performance management processes.
- Flexibility to work varied hours to accommodate client needs, including participation in an on-call roster.
- Current flu vaccination, NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance, and a satisfactory National Police Clearance.
- A valid WA driver's license.
