About the Role
Our client, a leading industrial company, is seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing a small team across various projects on mine sites, providing training and sharing your industry knowledge while ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of up to 6 people to meet performance timelines
- Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
- Deliver service excellence and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide training and share industry knowledge with team members
Requirements
- Coal Board Medical or ability to complete
- Standard 11
- S1, S2, S3, G2
- Previous experience as a Supervisor in Maintenance/Production/Mining Operations on a mine site is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing internal and external relationships
- Sound knowledge of OHSE legislation
