We are seeking a Residential Care Worker to join our team. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily lives of children and young people who are in care.

Your responsibilities will include providing hands-on support with daily tasks such as cooking and keeping the home clean and safe. You will also be responsible for assisting with school drop-offs, writing case notes, and responding to incidents. Most importantly, you will provide genuine care and emotional support to help these young people rebuild their lives and achieve brighter futures.

To be successful in this role, you will have a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential and Out of Home Care or other similar qualifications). You will also need to demonstrate empathy for young people and have the ability to set consistent boundaries while maintaining emotional self-regulation.
