High-Quality Residential Aged Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated physiotherapist to join our team in a residential aged care facility. As a physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to residents, supporting their rehabilitation and reablement.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in physiotherapy, current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and at least 2 years of relevant work experience. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized treatments, assessments, and interventions to residents.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Conducting falls prevention programs and other evidence-based initiatives.
