We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team as a Residential Aged Care Support Worker. In this role, you will provide vital support to clients in the Bendigo region, working with a variety of care plans to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing emotional and physical support to Residential Aged Care clients
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Australian working rights
- RN/EN registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum 6 months experience working in Residential aged care within Australia
- Two relevant professional references
- Valid driver's license and own car
- Recent National Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening
- Current CPR Certificate
