  • A passion for supporting individuals with disabilities to thrive
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach
  • Strong communication, ethics, and commitment to safety
  • Professional presentation and teamwork skills
  • Desired: completed or working towards a relevant qualification in disability, community services, care, or education.
  • For Community & Residential roles: Driver Licence + Comprehensive Car Insurance
