Job Title

Scullery Attendant

This role is responsible for the cleanliness and organization of our back-of-house operations in our Bistro and restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have good availability throughout the week and weekends, as well as previous experience in similar café operations or fast food chains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning of all soiled crockery, cutlery, and equipment
  • Clearing and cleaning tables when required
  • Cleaning work areas
  • Assisting with service set-up
  • Sweeping and cleaning floors
  • Ensuring appropriate waste disposal

Requirements:

You will be someone who can work under pressure while maintaining high standards. Good communication and teamwork skills are also essential.
