**Asset Management Coordinator Role**

This role plays a vital part in the organization, focusing on developing and coordinating asset management functions.

  • Develop whole-of-life planning, condition assessment, data management, end of life evaluation, and decommissioning planning in line with legislation.
  • Translate strategic objectives into day-to-day asset management activities and promote the asset management function across the organization.
  • Assist with project management of the asset management improvement program, including arranging meetings, managing communications, stakeholder management, program development, and reporting.
  • Support the development and approval of key asset management system documentation.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain asset management plans and related documents for all asset classes.
  • Support the development and coordination of new, renewal, and upgrade asset programs and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in information technology, engineering, or a relevant discipline. They should also demonstrate an understanding of asset management principles and knowledge, experience in gathering and analyzing asset data, and excellent communication skills.
