**Central Operations Team**: This team is responsible for keeping the business moving. They care for, support, and empower retail teams across the country, helping them deliver experiences for customers every day.

**Role Description**

This role will play a key part in developing, testing, and deploying our new produce replenishment system.

You will support the team in delivering elements of the project roll-out and maintaining Business As Usual (BAU) for the elements already delivered.

Additionally, you will:

  • Manage system implementation and upgrades with a focus on continuous improvement, quality, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
  • Play a key role in stakeholder engagement to identify optimisation opportunities and improve efficiencies or business results.
  • Develop training packages relevant to end-user roles.
  • Provide Systems Support - SME involvement providing insight and guidance to key stakeholder groups.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement activities through root cause analysis and maximising use of system functionalities.
  • Develop and fine-tune the replenishment system, including settings and configuration, process automation, process simplification, network optimisation, user dashboards, and user right management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and deliver peak trade and ad-hoc events.

**About You and Your Skills**: We are looking for an individual with

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain management in Retail or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise, and deliver tasks.
  • A positive can-do attitude and support for other team members.
  • Proven ability to solve problems with unconventional solutions.
