We are seeking a Replenishment Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the profitability and growth of the business by achieving service level targets, addressing purchase order exceptions, and analyzing stock movement trends.

This role is responsible for achieving service level targets both inbound and outbound, addressing purchase order exceptions, promotional forecasting and replenishment planning, order placement/replenishment, and analyzing, planning, and managing stock movement trends taking into account seasonal influences.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum 2 years of experience in a related field within the FMCG industry, a strong understanding of retail replenishment systems, ability to work autonomously, display initiative and a can-do attitude, confident and clear communication style, strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve service level targets both inbound and outbound

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of VRP experience or a related field within the FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of retail replenishment systems
  • Able to work autonomously and display initiative and a can-do attitude
  • Confident and clear communication style, strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability
