Vendor Replenishment Planner Role Summary

The company has recently undergone a merger, resulting in the formation of Patties Group, which will become the largest player in the frozen finger food and ready meals categories.

The Role:

  • Achieve service level targets for both inbound and outbound deliveries by implementing efficient inventory management strategies.
  • Address purchase order exceptions and develop solutions to minimize disruptions to business operations.
  • Design and implement promotional forecasting and replenishment plans that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze stock movement trends, taking into account seasonal influences and market fluctuations.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Vendor Replenishment Planner or in a related field within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail replenishment systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work autonomously and display initiative.
  • High levels of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
