We seek an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our hospitality team and oversee the delivery of these essential services. This is a leadership opportunity in aged care that requires previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service roles.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Leadership experience in hospitality, aged care, or related fields.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management, Aged Care Management, or related field preferred.
  • Able to build positive relationships with older people.
  • Effective coaching / training skills.
  • Conflict resolution skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety.
