Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of customer service by processing urgent and non-urgent enquiries, providing information and advice, and escalating issues as applicable.
  • Be prepared to undertake rotational shift work to cover 24 hours per day, 7 days a week; successfully complete training in all business streams and a Certificate III in Customer Contact.
