In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the planning, development, and delivery of educational programs within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities of the Hospital Educator:

    • Design, implement, and facilitate educational courses and programs for Nursing, Allied Health, and Support Services.
    • Provide hands-on educational support and orientation for all staff, including graduates and students.
    • Promote high standards of evidence-based clinical care through the dissemination of current best practices.
    • Oversee staff compliance with mandatory training and completion of eLearning modules.
    • Ensure the availability of best practice competency-based programs and assess staff competencies.

Desired Qualifications:

    • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE) or in progress.
    • Postgraduate Certificate in a relevant specialty area or in progress.
    • A minimum of 3 years of relevant educational experience is preferred.
    • Experience with eLearning platforms is advantageous.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
