Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Education Specialist:

    • Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing, allied health, and support services.
    • Provide hands-on educational support and orientation for all staff, including graduates and students.
    • Advocate for high standards of evidence-based clinical care through the dissemination of current best practices.
    • Oversee staff compliance with mandatory training and eLearning requirements.
    • Ensure the availability of best practice competency-based programs and assess staff competencies accordingly.

Desired Qualifications:

    • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (or in progress).
    • Postgraduate Certificate in a relevant specialty area (or in progress).
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience in an educational role (preferred).
    • Experience with eLearning platforms.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
