We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to define and evolve our product experience. As a storyteller at heart, you will have the freedom to translate our creative vision into the customer experience, building systems that are functional, memorable, and emotionally resonant.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and refine a cohesive product creative system covering micro-interactions, animations, brand visuals, and in-product storytelling.
- Craft compelling creative concepts with an understanding of customer needs to amplify the overall experience.
- Translate brand and product concepts into system-level details for adoption into the component library, empowering product teams.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces guiding customers through product propositions, features, and functionalities.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve our brand and visual language to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for product initiatives.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and brand teams to bring creative visions to life through regular feedback sessions.
- Promote creative thinking within the product organisation, helping others think strategically about the customer experience.
