Product Experience Designer

Job Overview
Stake-australia is seeking a Product Creative to drive the development of cohesive product creative systems. This role will involve defining and evolving system-level details for component libraries, crafting compelling creative concepts, and designing intuitive interfaces that guide customers through product propositions.
Key Responsibilities- Translate brand and product concepts into system level details for adoption into the component library.
- Design user-friendly interfaces that guide customers through product features and functionalities.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve our brand and visual language.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work with designers, product managers, engineers, and brand teams to bring creative visions to life.
- Advocate for creative thinking within the product organisation.
- A deep understanding of customer needs and how to amplify the overall experience.
- Excellent creative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
